Ankur Lighting provides an easy and quick return in case of any delivery damage.
You can request a return only within 48hours of receiving the product.
The returned products should be in their original packaging along with the actual bills, price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.
The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Ankur Lighting to determine the legitimacy and condition of the return.
Any products after usage in a damaged condition will not be refunded.
It takes 3-5 working days for us to refund once the product arrives in good condition.
You are eligible for a 100% refund in the wallet in case of delivery damage.
*Note* An amount of INR 99-/ or 10% will be deducted in case of reimbursement to the payment source.
Ankur Lighting shall verify the authenticity and the grounds of the complaint. The replacement process will only be initiated if our team is convinced of the complaint's nature.
In case of damaged/defective/incorrectly received product, Ankur Lighting should be notified within 48 hours of delivery by the customer. Ankur Lighting should not be held accountable for failing to replace the order if it exceeds 48 hours.
Products should be unused and intact.
Ankur Lighting will arrange pick-up of the damaged/ defective/ incorrect product via its logistics associate. In case of any unavailability, the customer will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in the respective area within one day from receipt of such notice.
